Yesterday’s Recap – Turns out we used the ALL button in the wrong spot last night.  Running Aces had a couple of nice prices in the Pick 4 and it caused a healthy return to those who invested.  The official Pick 4 of 9/1/4/2 returned $1,155.

Breakdown:

Race 10: #1 EASTLANDER was scratched last week where he would have faced this class.  He draws the rail tonight and his speed makes him a definite contender.  Expect him to be setting the pace early.

#3 ELECTRIC LAD has been stuck on the outside a lot as of late and hasn’t really fired.  He faces a touch easier company tonight and picks up the services of Sam Widger.  Look for him to improve off of those efforts with a much better draw.

#6 BLUEBIRD ROCKNROLL really needed that tightener last week where he was forced to come to the outside late in the mile and just never fired.  He draws tough this week, but he has a little bit of speed to contend with, which could make him a factor late.

#9 WOLFMANS BROTHER picks up John De Long again this week who tends to get along well with this gelding.  He is not the speediest horse, but he has a big closing kick and likes to hit the board.

#5 TOTALLY TRUE is another consistent gelding who tends to find a spot on the board at very big odds.  He handled the class drop last week pretty well and facing the same group again he should have no issues.
