Yesterday’s Recap – We went four-for-five yesterday and got hit in the last leg by Dave Palone on a pretty big long shot. The longest price we had was in the fourth leg where Make Mine Ideal ($17.40) sat off the pace and drew off to win easily. The Pick 5 of 2,7/8/5/8/7 returned $1,333.20
Breakdown:
Race 10: #4 LITTLEMISDANGEROUS gets a good draw this week and is coming off a rough performance where she got into a good early spot but tired late from an outside post. The other thing going against her that night was the sloppy track. Post improvement should make a difference tonight.
#8 BEACH REPORT has won two straight races and now gets Trace Tetrick in the sulky. The only thing I worry about with this filly is how she will handle the pari-mutuel track for the first time. She has a good amount of speed and could provide the value here.
#1 GW’S GOLDEN DANCER draws the rail this week once against after a tough effort on a sloppy track last out. If the track plays back to her favor here, I could see her rebounding back into form.
#2 INDY ROSE has been a pretty consistent filly as of late hitting the board in her last three starts. She is starting to come into form and could provide more value from the inside.
