Yesterday’s Recap – The Hoosier Hi-5 went un-hit for the second card in a row last night as #9 Beyond The View scored for trainer Mike Arnold and paid $84.80 to win.  The Super Hi-5 had $19,735 in new money bet into it.  The official order of finish was 9/7/4/5/3.

Breakdown:

Race 14: #1 WISE IMAGE draws the inside and is the speed of the race this week. He has been racing well against this group and when Lasix was added in his last start it really seemed to change his game up.  Look for him to be tough again this week.

#5 NAILED IT could spring a minor upset this week and sneak one in with a better post draw.  He hasn’t liked being on the outside so far and has liked being closer to the pace. I think his closing kick really has a chance to shine through tonight.

#4 IMAGEOFAROCKER has been very consistent as of late even against tougher company.  The last two starts have been from outside posts, but that hasn’t seemed to hinder him too badly.  If he can get away in a good early position, he should be able to hit the board from off the pace.

#8 ROCKIN BILLY has had some strong races as of late but hasn’t been able to put it all together.  He took a little time off and had his first race back last week. That tightener might be what he needed.

#9 LYON’S IMAGE is another strong contender who has made some noise on the Indiana Sire Stakes circuit with some big miles getting checks in his last three of four starts at that level.  One thing about the Hi-5 is using a horse who is consistently close to the board and that is something he is good at.
