Yesterday’s Recap – There was no play of the day yesterday.

Breakdown:

Race 6: #6 MONICA GALLAGHER gets assigned the outside this week, but that doesn’t seem to bother her that much.  She has some very nice high cruising speed and should have no issues tonight.  Her last two victories have come with Brennan in the bike.

Race 7: #5 DELIGHTFULMEMPHISN has won two of her last six starts and hasn’t missed the board since October 12.  She isn’t the speediest mare in the group but is a big-time closer, the question here will be can she handle the half.  #7 LOVINEVERYMINUTE has won two straight and while the class is tougher, her competition ranks at about her level.  She has won two straight races and looks like she should be able to compete with these.

Race 8: We hit the ALL button in the eighth with a wide open field present.  My top pick in the race is #9 ARDIE B SPEED who scored a victory against this class last out.  Starting from the second tier and following speed should allow him to get into a good striking spot.

Race 9: #1 MACH IT A PAR looks to drop and pop off the rail tonight for trainer Richard Banca.  Throw out the last start from post eight, she has a little bit of speed and the class relief could make a difference.  #7 MEDUSA is another class dropper who comes down following a tough effort in the Open.  She is another mare who has a decent amount of speed, look for a big effort.

Race 10: #8 WISHY WASHY GIRL draws tough tonight, but the class relief should take a little bit of the pressure off of her.  She is a big-time closer and should be able to roll from the back.
