Yesterday’s Recap – We went two-for-four in the Pick 4 with a couple of chalks in legs one and three.  The other two horses that scored, were horses that we were trying to beat as they were close to favoritism.  The Pick 4 pays 1,2/2/6/5 and returns $127.80 for a .50 investment.  

Breakdown:

Race 9: Sports the second of three divisions of the Quinton Patterson Adioo Volo stakes at The Meadows and it is a wide-open affair.  We hit the all button with the field being so wide open, but #1 HYPNOTIC TALE is the top selection for me off the rail.  She dropped in class last week after two game efforts in the Lynch at Pocono.  She steps back up to face stakes caliber company and could show up tonight.

Race 10: #1 E DEE’ SWELL SAID is one of the more consistent horses that faces this group tonight.  She draws well towards the inside and raced well against Geers company at Tioga back on June 29, which was against a group of stakes caliber company.  I think she will be coming from off the pace.  #4 DREAMS ON ME is another very consistent Somebeachsomewhere filly who has been racing well through the Pennsylvania sired events.  She has a decent amount of speed and I suspect that she will be close to the pace.  #5 I’M TRIGGER HAPPY could race back well off the sick scratch with a driver change to Callahan.

Race 11: ***DELVIN MILLER ADIOS*** #5 DORSODURO HANOVER looked extremely sharp at big odds in the Meadowlands Pace on July 14, sadly you won’t get those odds again.  He just got nailed at the wire in his elimination after being stung to the first quarter, post five is the best possible scenario.

Race 12: #1 KENZIESKY HANOVER has won two of her last three starts and should handle the move up in class well if she can stay flat.  The speed she posses makes her extremely tough.  #4 D’BOMB made a costly break turning for home and she was coming in that effort at Harrah’s.  She races better when she is forwardly placed and could very well get that kind of trip tonight.
