Picture Perfect: Hoof Beats Photo Contest sees records in entries and votes
For the third year in a row, we called out to harness fans and participants across the internet for their favorite photos of their favorite sport. You seem to be enjoying it, as the Hoof Beats Magazine Photo Contest grows every year! In 2016, 438 entries poured in from May to November, and more than 5,000 votes were cast as contestants spread the word over social media. Here, we present the top three photos in each of the categories–Off Track, On Track and Standardbred Selfie– as well as a few of our personal favorites.
