Breakdown:
Race 4: #2 JEWELS FORREAL has won three straight including a gutsy win in the Circle City at Hoosier Park on October 26. The inside draw plays to her favor tonight as she looks to continue her winning ways. #3 MCDAZZLE has won four of her last six starts mostly while being close to the pace. Palone gets the mount once again this week for trainer Ron Burke. I look for her to be on or near the lead. #7 TOUCHAMATIC gets a little bit of a tough draw this week for trainer William Bercury, but his barn has proven before that she can handle the outside draw. She has some early speed to work with which could allow her to get into a good striking spot.
Race 5: 5 SPANISH DREAM gets the services of Dan Charlino for this mare’s first trip to The Meadows. She has a little bit of speed and is able to get into a good early position. If she stays flat she should have issues against these. #9 ALBANY GIRL stepped up to this class last week at Harrah’s Philly and when she made the top she really fought on over a sloppy track. She gets a fast track today and could be tough.
Race 6: #4 PEMBROKE BADA BING drops in class tonight for trainer Troy Mc Dougal and is coming off a lackluster effort where he made a break before the start was then hung for most of the trip and tired only missing by a few lengths. He draws well this week and could be a serious contender if he stays flat.
Race 7: #1 SASSINOVA HANOVER draws the inside this week and is taking a serious drop in class after facing some of harness racing’s toughest fillies. She has early gait speed and her back-class should shine through with Palone in the sulky.
