Yesterday’s Recap – We went two-for-four in the Pick 4 four yesterday with a score in the first and last legs.  Admiral in the last leg scored a nice price of $6.60 to win.  The Pick 4 of 9/10/8/5 returned $667.95.

Breakdown:

Race 13: #4 THUNDER AGAIN is the most consistent horse in the field tonight and gets Ronnie back in the sulky after winning two straight.  She draws well and has a good amount of speed.  This versatile filly is dangerous tonight.

#6 OFFICIAL SWEEP is another consistent board-hitting filly that has been racing well and handled the late-closer leg last week very well.  She went to the lead in that effort, tried to ration out the speed and then tired in the end.  Merriman is back this week looking for success.

#8 GOOD LOOKIN WOMAN is another speedy filly that has been known to strike from the outside before.  She has been known to leave from an outside post before and I would have to think that Merriman is going to want to get into a good early position.  If that happens look for this filly to be tough.

#10 LATENITE DESTINY is a mare that has a little bit of early speed but also has proven that she can handle coming from off the pace and even handle the second tier.  She gets a driver change this week to Tyler Rush and should be considered as a contender.

#9 CON AIR is another filly that gets the second tier this week following a game effort from an outside post last week.  Granted she missed by seven lengths, but she was still on the board and that is important in the Hi-5 races.  Look for her to be coming late as well.
